Karen was amazing! Not only is she knowledgeable about VA guidelines, but she knew exactly what numbers to pitch in the offer process. She was always available to answer any questions 24/7, and was amazing when negotiating with the seller to help us out and save us money. She found us a house with everything on our wish list and was very fast about placing the offer, sending and signing documents and making any arrangements needed throughout the process. I will definitely recommend her to anyone and will most definitely use her again in the future to purchase another home.
